This is the second time I had a problem with the Milford CT Cracker Barrel . I ordered over the phone for pick order the first time I didn't find out it was wrong until I got home brought it back waited for them to prepare the food was not offered anything for my time and trouble.
Didn't try them again until 6 months later this time I checked it before I left the fried catfish looked like scraps they threw in the container, they gave me this small portion of Haddock and this large container of mac/cheese that I didn't order. Had to wait 10 minutes for the manager and when he came no apology for the screw up claimed the portions were normal (the haddock is not 7 ounces not even close) Made no effort whatsoever to make up for the order. He seemed overwhelmed maybe this isn't the right job for him. I just left with Luke warm food
Desired outcome: compensation for the lousy order
