Date first visit walk in 2-15-21 after doctors appointment for my 80 year old mother with one of staff member told me they don't accept walk-in I have make appointment, I have return home make appointment within 4 days as of 2 — 19-21 11:30 am, I took my mother check in with my mother she is 80 year old and she needs translator was same staff member I saw first day walk in, she is very rudeness and lack of provide information and attitude toward me and my mom I were very disappointed with this employee, they don't care about customer which is by look they don't let me go in with my mom for translate and make me wait in hallway then I saw staff member accept all customer walk in, I ask staff why she were not accept me when I walk in then her answer is we're not busy that is her answer to me, that is unfairness treat customer and rudeness, then other member who draw blood my mother she came out to me in hallway I was waiting for my mother she shout at me in front of people who walk in she said your mother needs translator I told her that other staff member would not allow me in with my mom and she raise her voice and said I have to wait extra longer time, mean time I were disappointed and upset all happening they never apologize how rudeness and unprofessional skill to work with customer I would like to report this facility and location for poor customer service and lies to customer.
