To start with I receive my statement once every 3 month, I choose that to make it easy for me and to save Republic company time and money instead of providing me with statement every month. My invoice is created 65 days in advanced and I pay the company three months if not more in advanced, I own the above property and I live in San Diego. I never get notification when an over age occurs. My service was suspended on Feb 24, 2021 because my over age fees of $ 41.80 was not paid and my quarterly service bill was paid until 04/30/2021 how is that makes any sense. Again my service was suspended again on 04/30/2021 due to over age again same scenarios. I was never emailed and my service bill was paid until 07/31/2021. I called the customer service to have the trash to be picked up I spoke with Kaliefa I don't know if that how he spell his name HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIANL and started to get smart with me when I told him how in the world you guys suspend my account when the company is paid 90 days in advance for service I have NOT received yet and they have the nerve to suspend my account!
