December 1, 2022 was our residential pick up day. All 3 bins were set out the night before. Our Green waste bin was left and not picked up. Normally I would call and try to schedule a pick up, but this company does not return to pick up what they have left behind. The two previous weeks have been good as I have only put out 2 bins. The previous 5 weeks before this were a nightmare. Each week they would only pick up 2 of the 3 bins and I would call each week with promises that they were two blocks away and would come back, would scheduled for the next day or a supervisor had a route and would include our property. Some weeks I would call every day having to take time off work. To no avail they do not follow through. Many weeks I am having to find ways to get rid of it or pay to have garbage, recycling or or greenwaste disposed of. This week it is the smelly green waste that has been left on my property in need.
