Whoever is the owner of this store doesn't give a rats "bleep" about customer service. He allows those crass employees to be as rude as they can be. When you go in there, they look so annoyed that you even entered their domain and irked that you interrupt their employee pa wow conversations. Its crazy, I tried to do an amazon return and the lady was so rude with her tone and attitude. I ask her where to put my amazon return because it was a big one and she smirked and stared at where I m supposed to put it down assuming that id know where to place it. I even apologized why I chose this store it was only because it was the nearest amazon drop off from my home.
I also had a return with a slightly open shipment box and they said they would charge to use their tape for $3. (Highway robbery)
Then I complained how rude they were, the way they communicate with their customers as if they didn't want to be there. I reiterated to them that they are in the customer service business and that they should act appropriately. Because I had to pay the 3 highway robbery dollars I started looking for my apple pay in my phone they accused me of filming them and they actually called the cops on the phone and the lady named lupe or so she said her name was grabbed my phone and looked at my deleted video finding no recording at all. Wt... This is unacceptable, barbarism. Why does the owner allow this kind of behavior?
