Dropped off my company vehicle at your Pepboys in Pomona ca on Friday at 3pm on 4/24 for a brake inspection and a coolant leak, I had to call the service advisor Devon on Saturday at 11am to get updates on my truck, which they still had not inspected at the same time I was advised that they did not have a master tec to inspect my truck for the coolant leak until Tuesday morning. I asked if they inspected the brakes and I was told that they where not able to lift the truck due to that the truck was going to be to heavy.

At this point I don’t know what has been done to my truck or what it is going to need. Your customer service is horrible at this location. I called Devon on Sunday morning and my trucks was still not out back together. I told Devon that this customer service was unacceptable cuz I need my truck back on Sunday his replay was it’s still Sunday and he will put it back together when he puts it back together

If this is the way you service cars and treat customer its unprofessional. What kind of shop does not have the right equipment and techs to service cars. What gets me even more is that my company uses ARI Hollman for payment and they approved

And will do any repairs that are needed no questions asked
