I am very displeased and angry to write the service I have received from this department recently. It seems like they're either short staff or very slow at what they're are doing. This past week I've waited in line for a 8 piece chicken for 30 mins only to find out that I would've to wait another 40 mins for it to be done. The lady rudely said "how come I didn't ask in the first place when I got in line?". My answer is there were many people in line ordering the same thing and other sandwiches and plus I've just seen your co worker took two buckets out on his break to the checkstand on the other side. I figure you would still have some left.
I just think this is poor services. I am a very patient person but this incident has definitely cause me to rethink of going back to shopping elsewhere.
My ideal suggestions is they can probably leave a sign or every 5 or 10 mins let the customer know that if they're here for this sale item that it will be a longer wait instead of having me wait that long.
