Again I just arrived home from picking up an order of food from Carl's Jr. in Menifee Ca. and I am missing food. This is not the first time this has happened. This time it was 3 chocolate cakes for desert. I even asked the girl if the order was correct and she said it was all there. They don't give you a receipt either so you can't prove anything. I called the store and on the 3rd call someone answered just saying hello. I had to ask if this was Carl's Jr.. If this is the way Carl's Jr. runs it's business you are going to lose a lot of business. Money is tight right now and to pay for something and not get it is wrong. This is not the first time. Our orders are always wrong somehow. Maybe it is time someone checks into this store they made money off a customer and then did not give them the product but now they can take that product and resell it again. Sounds like a pretty good scam. Shame on you! These are your employee's do something about it. While your at it could you please make sure that they have enough knowledge of the English language so customers can understand them. Every Time I go into that store they are only speaking Spanish. That is terribly rude to the customers that don't understand Spanish. Many of my family and friends have stopped going to this store. Sure hope you can resolve this problem.
This was walk in. Not drive thru and you shouldn't have to check your orders. Honest business's give you what you paid for.
