Pizza Hut - online order

Me and my roommate Elena placed an order online for a side dish and pasta, a fetticcini alfredo with a Maria. My roommate Elena made the first call for a side dish not knowing that what she ordered was not enough of a total minimum to order. Maria took the order supposedly and it was put in bu phone. Then I walked in and decided I wanted to add onto the order. Maria answered again as my roommate tried making my addition to the order. Marie said she did not have enough of a minimum to order unless we ordered my pasta. She did not communicate this to Elena the first time. Then my pasta was added and we wanted to make a split tender of my pasta my debit card and my rooomate's order in cash. Maria said she could not do this. Pizza Hut does not do split tenders, although I know they do as I have been ordering for years with them. We agreed to put it all on my debit card and Maria said it would be 30 min for delivery. 1 hr and 15 minutes went by and we never got our food. We called the store and Maria answered and she stated the driver showed up and called Elena's phone and she did not answer and he could not get in. That was a lie. He never called as both our phones were on. Secondly, my debit card was never charged. The credit card is always charged before deliveries. The order was never put in. I called her back again and asked to speak with the store manager and Maria claimed she was the store manager. She was rude on all conversations, interrupted me, and never apologized. This is not a way to do business! She asked what phone number the order was under? She should have had all of that info if the order was out in and the driver called? She lied and said she could not see the screen well? If she could not see the screen how could she have put in the right address in and driver come out to me? She continued to blame me and never offered to reconcil the problem and be honest. I feel like filing social media complaints everywhere about her and my terrible experience. This is unacceptable and I feel she needs to be counseled on her terrible customer service and attitude.
