Michael at store 9943 was absolutely out of line. I tried to use a $2 off coupon for my husbands purchase, michael said nope not on alcohol, which the coupon doesn't say, so I asked him where does it specify that? He told me I have to be smart! I said excuse me?! He said, you have to be smarter than the receipt! I said did you really just say that to me? Show me where it excludes alcohol on this receipt, he looked and said well it used to. I said well it doesnt and I wouldn't talk to customers like that if I were you! I can't believe how rude he was to me, i'm very upset, he insulted me for no reason and even if it said the exclusions somewhere in tiny print, you don't tell a customer that they are stupid basically for not knowing that. I want a formal complaint against this employee. When I called to make a complaint to the store manager, a woman answered, said she was transferring to the manager and then michael picked up, asked us who this was and the manger is out to lunch, when we asked if this was michael he stated no. Then said he would "have a talk" with michael. We knew it was him, so we waited about 30 min and called back and got the real manager kaleb, he told us they've had so many complaints on michael and we needed to fill out a survey because it will be best documented. I want a follow up done so this employee is formally written up and won't talk to anyone else this way.
