In Abq., I go to the one at San Mateo/McLeod. I try to order from the patio when someone comes out and says I need to use one of the car ports to order. 5-29-20
Two days later, I go to the one at Central/San Pedro. I try ordering from one of the car ports. The lady refuses to take my order because I am on foot, and because I do not have the phone app.
I refuse to deal with this misinformation/discrimination so I am taking my business elsewhere. At the very least, all the employees need to be on the same page where customer service is concerned because not everyone has a car or a phone app. My phone does not support it and I refuse to buy a car just to satisfy some discriminating idiot.
Any business that has this much misinformation/discrimination is not going to get my business.
