I sent and email about how the pizza hut in Fresno CA was not honering your commerical for meaters pizza for $10. I was charged $12. It's upsetting that when your email Feburary 1, 2020 from your customer service department. Went on to put the blame on me. I did not use any other coupon or was it attached to any other discount offer. You Pizza Hut are doing false commericals. Shame on you.
Pizza Hut - poor delivery service
I ordered a pizza delivered. I was told that it should be there by 6:15 pm which is the normal time. At 6:30 pm I called to find out where my pizza was and was informed that it was ready but there was not a driver to deliver it yet. But that it would be delivered shortly. At 7:00 pm I called again and one of the two drivers at this location got the manager one the line. After much discussion and complaining it was agreed that I would only pay $5.00 for the pizza. It finally got delivered at 7:20 pm and to top it off it was cold. I like their pizza but I will never buy it again.
