Your rebate promotions are incredibly inefficient. It is soooo bad! I believe your company deliberately "didnt receive" the rebate as you so claim. I cant believe you do this in order to discourage the customer to follow through with the missing documents. I stapled everything together in my submission. I wasn't missing anything as you so claim. I wasn't missing one thing. You force your customers to go to extreme measures in phone calls and re submission to get a lousy rebate. You should be embarrassed and ashamed as a company to take advantage of your customers
