Firestone Complete Auto Care

And today is December 24. I called the store this morning to check the status of my car. It was only for a free brake inspection I thought I needed my brakes changed but it ended up being several other issues that I couldn't afford at this moment. I told the guy I'd get it towed back home. I get off on the evening of December 24, 2019.. to find my car like this.. this hurts me that the car is sitting like this for one.. and it's hard that I don't have the money to get it fixed and that they would just do my vehicle like this.. I hope this is not standard. But this is very disheartening.
