I went into the Bessemer Birmingham location to have my phone looked at due to not charging correctly. The representative named Angela suggested I take the phone down to the T-Mobile location (about 4 miles away) because T-Mobile had informed them to send Metro PCS customers down with any equipment issues, and they could evaluate the phone. I got to T-Mobile and no one was aware of this protocol. I went back to the Bessemer location, Angela was still the attending Representative, and I stated I guess I need to just purchase a phone, Angela suggested a phone. I had questions about how, I could transfer saved photos from one phone to the next. Angela then stated she could not do that. I stated at that moment that I did not want to purchase the new phone until I can get my information out of the old phone. ie... pictures and other saved documents. At this time I had no Idea she had stopped my service, at this time I asked Angela to put my phone back the way it was, and I will come back once I downloaded my information from the phone. Angela stated she could not do that and proceeded to slide my card anyway. When I confronted her about the information and how would I acquire my information from the phone she stated, "OH MY [censored]ING GOD" I requested a manager at this time, because I was being bullied, pressured and lied too. I insisted that Angela call a manager to refund my card, because she slide it after I told her not too. And she lied several times during conversation. Well she finally put my phone back the way I walked into the store, but she suspended my account for 22.00, then proceeded to threaten me. Lastly, she tried to get me to take a bag out the store, when I saw her place the phone on the table to the far right side of the store. I know the bag was empty because I took the receipt out of the empty bag to make sure I notify my bank of the unauthorized transaction. I want someone to check the camera. I want a full refund, which I am working with Wells Fargo, and I want you to tell me why you have employees, that fail to listen to the customer needs, and lie to get sells. store address 4325 bessemer superhighway birmingham AL.
