Pharamcy will not answer the phone except when they are about to close. People need to be able to contact them about their meds. There is no reason anyone should have to drive from their home to talk to them because they will not answer. My mother is 93 and she just can't hop in a car and go see about it, she has to get someone to do that for her and they have to stop doing what they were doing because they will not answer the phone. I think cvs is taking advantage of the people in aliceville and carrollton, alabama because they really don't have much choice on being treated this way by the tech.
