First of all! Being that my husband and I was interested in solar for awhile we were excited about final taking the step. Nikolas Torres the US solar representative that knocked on our door to speak to us about the Solar Panel and during the process of "JUST SIGNING THE PAPER WORK" WE DID OUR RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOTHING LIKE HE SAID AND IT WAS ALL A LIKE. We decided not to continue with the process and was told by Nick that the cancellation fee "was about $400-$500". After meeting with them to discuss our options we were then told that the fee is $800-$900. Then he said he had to call "Stacey" and the quoted a price of "$3000 which should be 10% restocking fee. Now we ask them for proof of the permit being submitted, items listings and totaling the amount of the restocking fee and instead we received an email with a cancellation letter stating that it will be a 15% restocking fee and about $4500. This has been the worst experience with a business i have ever had.

We what to thank both Dylan & Dawson. They both where every professional and patient. They answered all our questions, even if we asked the same question 5 times. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable making the decision to go with US Solar. We're very happy, we were able to get the right system, needed for our household. We give an A+, for customer service, we will recommend them to all our family and friends. Very happy and satisfied customers.

US Solar We have been customers since 05

We have been customers since 05. They responded to my recent service outage extremely fast and efficiently. They repaired my inverter in about 2 hours. My comment regarding this company is, if you need anything Solar related please know you will receive quality and caring service, and the most up to date products available.

US Solar Well I have had the solar panels for a little over a year and a half now

Well I have had the solar panels for a little over a year and a half now. The whole process was great... they were honest & upfront with everything, i knew exactly how much i would pay for them and how it was going to work. They have pretty much wiped out my electric bill, besides the monthly base charge for the Teco meter & the ZapCap (which technically i don't need.) Very happy with the result, and most importantly, I'm helping the environment!

US Solar US Solar has horrible spam type marketing and sales with no respect for 'No Soliciting' neighborhoods or even personal signs

US Solar has horrible spam type marketing and sales with no respect for 'No Soliciting' neighborhoods or even personal signs. Reps come around for days on end, multiple times a day, and even after dark as late as 9/10pm. They do not respect personal signs on homes or doors and will literally knock on top of the sign. They linger and will not leave if you try to ignore and will still return later or next day even after you ask them point blank not to return. Management will not take or return calls at all nor messages left with staff and staff will even hang up on you if you attempt to complain or verbally tell them not to return to your residence.

I'm recieving multiple calls daily from US Solar on my mobil number. I've asked politely to be removed multiple times with no luck. Rude, over seas calls thru local exchanges for US Solar services. Several of these spam calls used profanity

US Solar Paid 2000 bucks mid August to have solar panels removed and then reinstalled after a roofing project

Paid 2000 bucks mid August to have solar panels removed and then reinstalled after a roofing project. Roof has been on since Sept 1st and have been attempting to simply get a date for installation. They can only give me a days notice so far. When the roofers removed my roof they found rotted wood from the previous installation which was only on for about 2 years prior to my purchase of this house. I requested to be home during installation and to get at least a week notice or to have it scheduled on a Thursday or Saturday. They have failed to get me even a date for reinstallation. Essentially I paid for a service and they have failed to provide it or even a date for said service on a reasonable time frame. Their communication is minimal and I have had to reach out numerous times to just get a run around.

US Solar We signed with US Solar in Oct

We signed with US Solar in Oct. 2020 we were told it will take 3 months for our bills to be adjusted and be paying for just the meter cost. In Nov. 2020, we received Duke Energy bill $359.- Dec. 2020, $139. -Jan. 2021, $82. we started to get happy, Feb. 2021, $152. we contacted Siara Grant at US Solar to report the problem with the system. She had gotten very rude in multiple times and even hang up the phone on us when she can't explain why. We sent copies of our bills, and even screen shots of the panels when at 0 production. The bills keep getting higher and higher. Ms. Gamboa ordered a sense device over a month to identify the extra consumption, still not installed, instead our phone calls are not being answered. Duke Energy told us the panels are not producing enough to cover our consumption. We have no pool, and no trees around the panels. We are feeling robbed by a company that has no intention to resolve the issue. Our monthly bill now $359 electric and $192. panels.

US Solar (the "Customer") entered into an agreement o 6 with US SOLAR (the"Contractor") to install a roof mounted solar module system

(the "Customer") entered into an agreement o 6 with US SOLAR (the"Contractor") to install a roof mounted solar module system. The customer also entered into a financial agreement with the financier, Good Leap, to purchase this system. The system was installed on 10/03 and the utility company has not been able to install the meter although it has been 90 days since installation of the panels. The panels are not producing solar energy and I am paying for the panels as well as the bill from FPL which was not part of the contractual agreement signed back in June. Customer Service is a joke. No one returns calls so there is no support line. Along with these factors, part of the contract was a hybrid water heater that was supposed to be installed instead they sent a non-plumber who claimed I have a gas line when in reality I do not which was confirmed by not one but two plumbers. This business has become nothing but a joke and is frustrating too. I am requesting for US Solar to remove the panels so that I can get a reputable company to do the installation per the contract.

US Solar US solar came to my house around October

US solar came to my house around October . They said they would be able to save me money on my electric. After reviewing my electric bill and my usage for the last year they came up with a strategy and told me that with what I got approved for I should be able to produce 88% of solar. Everything seemed good even during install was fine. About 90 days after install I was still getting hi electric bills. I reached out to US solar and they evaluated the situation and said that the trees in my front yard or obstructing the solar so they came out and removed the trees. They did reimbursed me half of what I was paying for the solar to help. A couple months after the trees were removed my electric bill had not gone down. When I called in I was told that I must be using more electric than projected it didn't make sense because nothing has changed. I finally got someone to look into it and I'm being told that my panels are under producing by 20%. At this point I've talked to many people. A supervisor. I can no longer get anyone to return my phone calls. They did offer me $4000 in compensation for the under production. The panels cost me $50,000 and under producing by 20% I failed $4000 isn't right. My electric bill I was continuously climbed. Between my electric bill I'm paying for the panels I'm paying anywhere between five to $600 a month. I was told that they were going to fix the problem and cover all my electric bill overages but now I can't get anyone on the phone.

2/11/2022 (the "Customer") entered into an agreement in 7 with US SOLAR (the"Contractor") to install a roof mounted solar module system. The system was installed on 8, The utility company has installed the net-meter since installation of the panels. The panels are not producing solar energy and I am paying for the panels as well as the bill from FPL which is much higher, and continues to increase incrementally each month, than that of the contractual agreement signed back in June/July. Customer Service is a joke. I have been in communication, via email, with Martin D: Hi ***, Thanks for checking in. There's one other document we're still waiting on, which is your original proposal. US Solar Us Solar Panels are a big ripoff, worst customer service ever

Us Solar Panels are a big ripoff, worst customer service ever. I recently signed with Us Solar through one of their door to door sale guy by the name of Shaam. On the day of Signing Brandon the Manager, Shaam the sales guy and Mario came to my house promising my husband and I everything wonderful from Solar. I gave them my 3 last statement from Teco showing that I was on the budget billing and for the past 18 months my bill was $122 each month with Teco, however we were told by Mario that That does not work for Teco but for Solar that Teco billing would be going up soon. However we signed and a week after Shaam showed up to my door again stating i needed to sign a document that was sent to my email, i did Teco came out installed the new meter and then my system was up and running from Solar. Us Solar put me on a $146 monthly payment and sent me a check to cover the first 3 months. Each month i am now receiving a $146 statement from Us Solar and an additional bill from Teco for $138, for the past months it's been an ongoing issue. I reached out to Teco and asked why the past 2 months i am receiving bills from them when i am using Solar panels, a supervisor from Teco advised me that the panels installed are not enough to generate electricity to cover my full full house and to brace that i will always be on Solar while still paying Teco. I contacted Mario whom advised to send him the statements i did, ne never followed up with me. Another month after i called him again explaining that I received additional bill from Teco and just as he did the first time never followed up again but only answered when i called from a strange number. I tried contacting Brandon the supposedly Manager he has NEVER RETURNED any of my calls even thou i left numerous voicemails, Shaam also refused to take any more calls from my number. I was contacted by a supervisor by the name of Siara who told me because I'm home cooking is why my electricity is so high, i explained to her that I have been home for the past 8 months and never encountered this ripoff until Us Solar applied their panels on my roof. However Siara was quite rude and explained she could not offer anymore assistance i should just pay the bills. I sent multiple emails to us solar, even to Sean *** i was given a text # XXXXXXXXXX to escalate the issue in a week absolutely no one has contacted me. This is very frustrating and i would like for Us Solar to remove their panels from my house, I never had this issue with Teco. I was paying $122 monthly with Teco not $260 as I am paying now.
