United States Postal Service [USPS] review: negligence

I paid money to establish a PO box with this post office. They keep returning my paychecks and letters from my children for no apparent reason. This post office has many African American workers. The employees allow homeless people to live around the building and they defacate and urinate right on the side of the post office building. San Diego is so classless. I cannot fathom why the federal government is allowing these homeless people who most people say misuse their government checks to buy meth and drugs so they can live on the street and not pay rent anywhere. There is dirty clothing and trash all along the post office. No one seems to care and the mail is not being delivered. Perhaps the postal workers are getting stoned with the homeless people and not doing their work. San Diego is beautiful but classless.
