Customer service is the worst I have ever heard of! My brother went to the office 3 times to get his account number and etc. to get his information transferred to T Mobile. He was NOT helped in any way! In fact, he was actually totally ignored! He asked for help that was given to him with specific instructions. He was still ignored. People in this business need to be helpful not ignore customers! If you do not want to help than get out of the job of customer service! So unprofessional to say the least!
