We went to UpsurgeGrafx in April for some business cards & some shirts, which he said would be done by May 25th. Every week it was something like the printer broke, then something happened with the phone. Shop was always closed every time I went by. I finally caught them in the shop he agreed to a refund because it was taking so long but he claim he had to look over the paper work & didnt have the money on him for a refund. I called next day about the refund he said he would call back within 5 mins. I never heard from him again so I decided to go by the store, they done closed the shop down & didnt leave a forward address or a decent number. They dont even have a real phone, its a TEXTNOW number. I sent numerous messages & an email, I wrote on their website, 2 under a post & 1 in a private message, asking for my refund. They blocked me. I wrote in the private message first thinking they would respond but once I started asking on the post for a refund they blocked me. I will be seeking legal action if I do not receive a refund, this type of stuff is covered under my job and I dont mind using it because it seem like they do this type of stuff often. I just really want the refund that's owed & we can be done with it.
