HITech Product I bought a product from HiTech for my business recently

I bought a software from HiTech for my business recently. The site claimed it could handle IRS Form 1041, but it can't! It's limited to IRS Form 1065 for partnerships. I've contacted them for a refund, yet there's no reply.

HITech Product I got Turbo Tax from HITech Product, LLC online and they sent me a code

I got Turbo Tax from HITech Product, LLC online and they sent me a code. The software didn't work, I don't know if they sold codes from one license or what. It looks like I only got one chance. I messed up and it wouldn't let me fix it and it just went away. I never had any trouble with Turbo Tax before. I couldn't file my taxes because it was rejected and now I'm super paranoid that this was some kind of total scam. They told me to call Turbo Tax and gave me an automated number that doesn't even recognize my account/phone number. Something's not right. I paid $53.48 on 3/19/23.
