I gotta say, I'm not happy with the way 48HourPrint.com handles orders. Their processing times are all whack, and I haven't been getting any good notifications about when my stuff is supposed to arrive. I mean, come on. I thought this was supposed to be the 48 hour service, but ain't nobody delivering that. They keep saying they'll get it done in time, but then boom - it's late as can be. And once it's delivered late, there's nothing you can do about it. That does not make me happy. Honestly, I'm not sure what's going on over there, but I can tell you right now - don't even bother with these clowns. There's gotta be better printing services out there.

I was able to select from a variety of options for my banner, and even had the option to ask for a proof before I made my final decision!

The best part was that I did not have to wait long at all for my banner to be created and sent to me. Their responses were very quick and made me feel like I was important to them. I am not a tech-savvy person, but I could use their website with ease. It was just so easy to do!

When the final product arrived, I was overjoyed at how great everything turned out! The colors were vibrant and the material seemed durable. I'm glad I opted for the finished edge and grommets as it made it even better for my application. Now, I'm sure my church ladies will be seeking their help whenever they need a banner!

I made an order on the 6th of September on this website called 48hourprint.com, but it took me 5 very long days to wait before it arrived. When I finally recieved my order, I was really disappointed with the quality! I think it’s too expensive, even with the discount coupon that they gave me. Fast forward, to the 11th of October and I'm still grappling with them. I've emailed them multiple times and called their customer service at least four times, but I am yet to get a resolution. They tell me to get more information and do more research to get rid of me on the phone. They promised to send me a sample kit so that maybe I can purchase another product that is better quality. However, their customer service is so terrible that I'm really frustrated and disappointed. I've wasted so much time and it feels like I'm having a nightmare. They keep insisting that I order another product, but that doesn't make sense, does it? How can I keep ordering from a company that doesn't care about me as a customer? I personally do not recommend you to use their services.

I immediately reached out to their customer service team, and spoke with someone named Eric. He offered me a 20% discount, but that was the best they could do. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online printing service. I wanted to show my appreciation towards my customers so I decided to order metallic thank you cards for my small business. I immediately submitted the design as per the instructions given to me. I was told to color the areas where I wanted metallic effects in cyan color. I was absolutely clear in my communication that I was following instructions and that gold metallic was to be placed where the cyan color was.

Unfortunately, my cards arrived with cyan metallic instead of gold. This was obviously a frustrating situation for me. I got in touch with their customer service, but received no response from them for several weeks. A few days later, I followed up again but received no response and my situation was ignored.

Agitated, I decided to call them up to find out what was going on with my order. However, they gave me a runaround, telling me that someone would contact me in due course. After a few weeks passed, someone from the company named Amber called me and admitted that accepting cyan color for a metallic effect was a mistake that occurred as she was mistakenly told by the "design team" that it was the correct method. She admitted her guilt, and I was relieved that the company accepted that it was their mistake.

Amber then asked me to send an updated proof of what the card should look like, which I did immediately. It seemed like the ordeal had finally come to an end. However, I was later sent an invoice for a new order.

I inquired about this charge with the company's customer service team and was met with silence again. My emails were not responded to, and I received no contact from the company about the invoice. In my desperation, I turned to their online chat service, and when I explained the situation to the representative, I was told that my request was declined and that they terminated my chat while I was still typing.

It's a costly mistake, and I ended up paying $500 for cards that I couldn't use due to their error. The company admitted their mistake, but they wouldn't refund me or send me new cards without charging me the full price. This was a frustrating experience, especially as an entrepreneur trying to establish a small business. I regret not reading the reviews before using this printer.

To sum up, because of their poor customer service and quality issues, I would never order another printing job from this company. I highly advise everybody never to shop at 48HourPrint.

I recently received my order from 48hourprint.com and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the shipping and overall customer service. I had ordered 1,000 square/rectangle white vinyl stickers with high gloss UV coating through the website for a Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing project. I added the option for one-day processing and two-day shipping, which were both extra costs. The total cost of my order was $157.36.

However, despite paying for expedited processing and shipping, my order didn't even shipped out until two days after I placed it. To make matters worse, it was then shipped via the slowest USPS parcel select shipping method, which meant that it didn't arrive until well after my event that I needed them for had already taken place.

I was very disappointed with the shipping and the overall customer service that I received from the company. I had paid $59.92 for two-day shipping, which would have covered the cost of Priority Mail Express 1-Day shipping at $46.30, with the company still profiting $13.62 on the shipping alone.

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I received and I believe that this experience could have been avoided if the company had processed my order on time and shipped it via a faster shipping method. I feel like the company has serious issues with logistics, processes and customer service, with no regard to how important an order is, especially when a customer has paid for expedited processing and shipping.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from 48hourprint.com. The company's poor shipping and customer service make them an unreliable choice, and it's clear that they do not live up to their name of "48 hour print." I am requesting a full refund for my order.

i've been usin 48hourprint.com for a long time now and i got to say their printin' is pretty solid especially when you consider the price. can't really beat it y'all. now listen up folks, customer service ain't their strong suit. when there is an issue with the order, you got to keep callin' and callin' and callin' before gettin' anything resolved. it's a downer for sure but hey, if you're gettin' some cheap printin' that actually looks good then maybe it's worth the hassle.

Okay so, lemme tell you ‘bout my experience with 48HourPrint.com. I gotta warn ya, it wasn’t a good one. I ordered somethin’ and waited for 36 hours. Yea ya heard me right, 36 hours! And ya know what? Ain’t nobody gives me an update on the status. Not a single soul. And get this, I called ‘em over and over again, but every time I was put on hold for countless hours.There was no way for me to cancel my order. And get this, every time I tried to get in touch with their upper management, I was put on hold – again! Nobody knows what the heck is goin’ on there! Can ya believe it? It’s borderline fraud if ya ask me! So yea, ya better be careful if ya plan on orderin’ somethin’ from ‘em.
