I sent the full amount, and they told me that the designs were ready and only the printing was left. However, it's been over four months now, and they are not responding to any of my messages.

Suddenly, they messaged me saying that they had delivered my product, but they never sent me the final picture. Finally, on August 20, 2022, I received the damaged product, and it was completely terrible. I have attached images and a video to prove my point. I am sure that this product was damaged during production, and they tried to fix it, but it didn't work.

As you can see with your own eyes, the paint was on the shocker after the damage. These guys have already harassed me mentally, and I want my full refund as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with their service, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Their lack of communication and failure to deliver a quality product is unacceptable.
