I have been fighting with these people for over a week now to get my phone unlocked. They sent me this little stupid card that did not work and then they proceeded to yell at me via email and tell me that I’m using the wrong thing or I’m doing it the wrong way and send videos and I’ve sent videos and I’ve sent pictures all the above then I would receive emails in YELLING at me because they don’t want to give me my refund. I’ve actually ask them to remotely unlock my phone instead of doing it that way and then I wouldn’t want to refund, but they constantly are telling me that I am not getting a refund. I am doing it incorrectly. I’m using the wrong card etc. I even used to T-Mobile card that they told me to use and it factory reset my phone. I have use this service in the past and I’ve never had a problem but this time around they’re being real jerks and I really don’t know how to get around this and I want my refund back or just the phone to be unlocked and they’re not compromising. I’ve seen other complaints and I’ve seen other positive reviews and I do agree with some of the - ones because they are not nice for the customer service in the way they speak to people they accuse me of lying to them. I’m very frustrated with their services and I would like a refund. I don’t think it’s too much to ask and they’re gonna get on here and they’re gonna blast me and make me look like a fool and it’s gonna be a fail for them.

Same problem. The menu never even pops up when inserting the sleeved card does it? It's as if nothing has been inserted at all. They went radio silence on me after I sent them videos.
