I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of response from Uniters in relation to a warranty claim I submitted nearly a year ago.
On December 2, 2019, I purchased a Homelegance Rubin 85" Bonded Leather Sofa (Black) via Amazon, along with a 5-year Uniters extended warranty. In November 2024, I submitted a damage claim—including supporting video evidence—well before the warranty expiration date.
Since that time, I have made multiple attempts to contact your company to request a status update or resolution. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication, acknowledgment, or support from Uniters regarding my claim. I have also contacted Amazon numerous times, but they have advised that the issue must be resolved directly through Uniters.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my sofa replaced with another sofa
