I was trying to place an order on United Thread's website (unitedtps.com) and decided to log in using my Facebook account. However, I was surprised to see a message pop up saying that I already had an account with them. I was confused because I had never even visited their website before. It was quite frustrating because I couldn't get the new customer discount on shipping, which I was really looking forward to.

One thing I would like to suggest to United Thread is to carry more Isacord themed color kits. As a quilter, I know that many of us love these kits and it would be great to see more variety on their website. Additionally, it would be helpful if they could list the color and code number for the thread included in their kits. This would make it easier for us to know exactly what we're getting and avoid any confusion.

United Thread is the bomb! Their prices are so good, I couldn't believe it. And their website is so easy to use, even for someone like me who's not that great with technology. I placed an order with United Thread on January 27, 2023 and it's now February 14, 2023 and still no sign of my product. This has caused a major delay in my business as I was unable to fulfill my customers' Valentine's Day orders. I had to refund their money back which was a huge disappointment for both me and my customers.

I received a call from United Thread stating that they were out of white 3d puff, which was the product I had ordered. They suggested replacing it with black, which was fine with me. However, when I emailed them to inquire about the status of my order, they informed me that it had been sent out but was delayed due to the weather. I find this very frustrating as the weather across the country isn't that bad and it shouldn't cause such a long delay.

I'm not sure if I will return to United Thread for future orders as this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the long wait time has caused a lot of inconvenience for me and my customers. I hope that United Thread can improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

I gotta tell ya, I had a real good time talkin' to this lady named Carmen over the phone. She was super helpful with what I needed, which was convertin' colors from rayon to ploy. Some of 'em didn't show up on the thread exchange, but I called her up and told her the problem. She was able to get the number and names for all but a few that didn't match with anything. I asked her to find somethin' close and she had 'em to me by the next day! Now that's what I call customer service! Carmen really showed she cared about her customers and I appreciate that. I'm definitely gonna be orderin' all my thread from United Thread in the future. Carmen even gave me her email and told me to let her know if I had any other problems. That's just good business right there. This was my first order with 'em, but it definitely won't be the last. I'm a happy customer!
