Horribly slow, they won't talk to my pool guy about my liner. It's been like 4 months and they still haven't made my liner that was supposed to take like 1-2 weeks.

Tara Manufacturing, Inc. is not good at communicating and they are really bad at taking responsibility for their product. The quality of their product starts to decline after around 2 years, even if you take good care of it. They always point fingers at others instead of owning up to their mistakes. You can see this in their responses to complaints on this website. Their reviews are just as bad.

I bought a liner from Tara Manufacturing, Inc. in April, and I'm still waiting for the installation. They don't talk to the public or dealers to give a shipping date. I get it, Covid is causing delays, but the lack of communication is terrible. I should've waited until next year or chosen a different company. Don't bother unless you get a delivery date upfront. Check out their Facebook profile, lots of people were told it would take a few weeks, but it's been months now.

Our liner was just a little over 2 years old, and now we have to replace the whole thing because there's a big rip and rips in all the corners. I emailed them and sent pictures, but they said they won't cover it because it's not their fault. The rip is only about 10 inches or less from the top, so it seems like it's a problem with how they made the liner. Now I have to spend another $5600, which I really can't afford. I'm so frustrated that I just want to fill the pool with concrete and not get another liner from Tara.

The pool liner ain't got no warranty, but they say it does. Can't get no one from the company to talk on the phone, only email. Had a problem in September when all the water in our pool disappeared overnight, happened twice. Turns out there were tiny holes in the liner. We bought the liner in March , but the company says they only make 'em when ordered. But the liner itself says it was made on March 15. We paid over 2500 bucks for this thing, and now it's all shredded 'cause of the holes and rips. I've tried everything to get help, but no one will talk to me. I sent 'em pictures and everything, but all I get is some standard letter saying it ain't their fault, even though I got a warranty. They never offered to send someone to look at the liner. That tells me the warranty ain't worth nothin' and they don't care. The date on the liner proves it was made a year before we bought it. I ain't expectin' a full refund, but at least a partial one 'cause the liner should only be 4 years old. Our first liner lasted 15 years, so that shows we take good care of 'em. I emailed this lady named Donna Moore at [protected]@taramfg.com, but she ain't helpin' either. They advertise that their liners are top-notch, but they don't back it up when there's a problem. We bought a pool liner from Tara Pools in 2020 and had it installed by *** Pools in Tallahassee. They gave us a 20-year warranty, but just 2 seasons later, the expensive liner is already fading. We reached out to our installer, who told us to file a complaint with Tara Liners. We provided some tests and pictures showing the fading, which happened well before it should have. Tara Liners responded by saying that once the chlorine gets high, the damage is already done. They also mentioned that if it was a material defect, the fading wouldn't cross the welded seams. They claimed it wasn't a warranty issue and told us to contact our pool dealer for a new liner. It's frustrating because we paid a lot of money and were promised a 20-year warranty, but now they're denying our claim based on a few high pool chemical readings. Anyone who knows about pool chemistry understands that the balance can be thrown off easily, especially after rain. Tara Liners didn't bother to investigate or offer any solutions. I spoke to our local installer, who is licensed to install these pools, and he said that even if we added 20 buckets of chlorine, the liner shouldn't have faded and fallen apart like ours did. We've spent over $15,000 on maintaining and replacing faulty pool equipment, and we take good care of our pool. It's unethical and possibly illegal for Tara Liners to refuse to help us. I'm starting with the ComplaintsBoard.com, and if necessary, I'll take legal action against this dishonest pool liner manufacturer. Our pool liner should last longer than just 2 seasons. This is absolute fraud.
