Technical support is horrible
I signed a 1 yr service agreement with Seaga in the amount of $275. I got reprimanded for calling during Josh Wallis's lunch time. The second time I called he rushed me off the phone and provided incorrect information about the diagnosis. He tried to charge me $700 to change my board and my display pad. I was told if I don't want the service, I can have my money back for the service call. When I asked for my refund, I was told that they don't do refunds. It is pretty visible this team has a very low bar for their customer support. This guy should not be dealing with customers in any capacity. On top of being rude, he is dishonest. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this chop shop.
I called discount vending and they took their time to trouble shoot the issue. All I needed was for my display to be changed. Save yourself the trouble. Call Discount Vending and ask for Tobias.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. Seaga stole $275 from my company stating that they can provide a service that they cannot.

If you want to waste your money, buy Seaga vending machines. I bought 12 Seaga vending machines and that was a huge mistake. Seaga machines are really junk. I have to repair one machine per week. Why? Because they refuse to provide warranty on parts as stated in my purchase contract. If you want to meet very rude people, call Josh Wallis (Technical Support Advisor). He will ask you picture of failure part and then will refuse to provide warranty. If you want to talk to someone else, try to contact Scott Jordan (Josh Wallis supervisor). He never answer calls or emails. If you ask his director's name and contact, he doesn't answer. Now I am hiring a lawyer to sue Seaga. STAY AWAY FROM SEAGA VENDING MACHINE !
