United States Postal Service [USPS] review: sudden appearance of catalogs for a person who has never been in our business office or in one of the apartments.

We are 2 apartment complexes in Richland Michigan with one office and mailing address for both businesses. About 6 months ago we started receiving apparel catalogs for a Marge Veenkant, who has never worked in our office or lived in any apartment. The catologs have now multiplied to 5 to 10 a week and it has been brought to the attention of the postmaster, who claims she can do nothing! Not acceptable. I told her we are not a "current resident" but a business and if you fail to find resolution, I will return them to the post office. This is not right. As a business we receive enough suppliers catologs we deal with but to have to deal with this growing amount of mail for someone who has never been in this office or apartments for the last 4 years at this address is wrong!
The mail-carrier told me this was my problem and circles or current resident every time she puts one in the box. I returned a stack of catologs Friday and Monday they were are re-delivered to the business mail box again! When does this stop! Please help us find resolution as our postmaster is ZERO help!
