I ain't responsible for this debt with *** and I don't got no contract with UNITED RESOURCE SYSTEMS plus they didn't give me the original application like I asked. account number: *** amount disputed: $600.00

United Resource Systems, Inc. is tryin' to collect double what I shoulda been charged by Aspen Dental. Aspen Dental tried to charge my insurance for a procedure that had already been done by a previous dentist, and United Resource has refused to acknowledge that I'm bein' unfairly charged.

URS Payments sent me a collections bill for a City of Buena Park DUI. They sent me the collection bill without a last name, which is not mine. This is a problem because it could harm my credit. This company didn't even bother to check my information, even though I've never had a DUI. I reached out to the City of Buena Park Police Department, and they couldn't find any DUI under my name.

United Resource Systems, Inc. (http://www.uniteability.com/) has totally messed up my rights, man. They violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Debt Collections Practices Act. Like, seriously, they don't care about my privacy at all. According to the law, I have the right to privacy, you know? And they can't just go around giving out my account info without my written permission. That's against the rules, man. It's like they don't even care about inconveniencing the consumer. So not cool.

I found this thing on my credit report. Nobody ever called me 'bout it or even tried to get in touch with me 'bout what it's all 'bout. I called up United resources and they said they don't have this account, one is for 130 and the other for 134 big Y. If someone had reached out to me 'bout this, I could've checked and seen that this is completely wrong. I never signed anything that shows my signature to say that I owe this amount, and nobody sent me any papers that show I signed anything, so I don't get why this would even be on my credit report. I feel like this is a violation and it needs to be taken off all three of my credit reports.

In 2018, I worked for a company called *** for a short time. They said they would pay for my training if I completed it, and I did. They let me go on the last night of training in Dallas, Tx. *** kept their promise, and I have no problem with them. It's been about 3 years since we parted ways, and I haven't heard anything from *** about any money owed. But now, United Resource Systems has been sending me letters saying I owe them $1386.00 that I supposedly owe ***. I just got my second letter from them. I decided to look them up online and found some complaints about them on ComplaintsBoard.com. I don't owe *** or URS any money, and I won't be paying them anything. Thanks

I'm an identity theft victim. There's a charge for *** on my credit that ain't mine. I filed a Police Report, FTC ID Theft report, and a CFPB report. I faxed all the copies to this Company on 9/7 at [protected]. I also mailed it Certified through *** on 9/11. Today, I got a Letter asking for all this info again, even though I already faxed and sent it Certified. I got proof they received it. I even gave them my ID and SSN number, even though I didn't have to. When I filed my CFPB Complaint, they said URS sent me a Theft affidavit, but that's a lie. The address on this bill *** ain't where I lived. The number on the bill is ***, and I never had that number or lived there. I filed Theft affidavits with all 3 Bureaus. Clearly, they don't care about the info I already sent and they got. This is a Federal Violation of the F.C.R.A. 15 U.S.C. 1681s(a)1.

United Resource Centers is tryin to get money from me for a debt I never said okay to or even knew about. Aspen Dental never told me I owed them money; the first time I found out was when they said it was goin to collections. I had a dental surgery at Aspen Dental, and they messed up the codes for my teeth. They didn't realize the mistake until I was knocked out in the chair, and the surgeon just went ahead and did a procedure I didn't agree to. If I was awake, I wouldn't have let them do it because it made me owe money. I didn't agree to this procedure and they never told me about it; also, I think it's against my HIPAA rights for Aspen Dental to give my dental billin record to the collection agency. They sent me a copy of my dental billin record when I tried to argue the charge. They also said they wouldn't look into my complaint.

I got charged too much by United Resource Systems, Inc., and they said I can't pay with a check or set up a payment plan. I don't think I should have to pay because I already paid my co-pay and the insurance paid too. The company that did the surgery is closed now, and the doctor who did it is gone. The facility they worked with, ***, is still open. They've been overcharging me for years, and I always have to ask for a refund. I think they charged the insurance too much and then passed the extra cost onto me. I don't trust the collection agency either. The surgical center never told me they were out of network. Their phone number is ***.

My husband and I signed a loan agreement for the United States Trucking School. He never finished, but we still owed the loan amount and it went to collections. United Resource Systems started taking money from my wages for the loan. On February 15th, I made an agreement with them to pay $190 per month for 3 years to cover the total loan amount. After paying for 15 months (almost halfway to the 3-year mark), I still see no decrease in the total amount owed. I called 2-3 times and spoke to different people each time. They told me that the account continues to accrue interest, and the interest fees are so high that maybe I need to pay a larger amount each month. I understand that interest will keep adding up until the account is fully paid off, but this was the agreed amount, so how is the interest so high that the total balance isn't decreasing? I feel like they're charging me outrageous fees that would be illegal under the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. "Both state laws and federal laws like the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) regulate the fees a collection agency can charge. Often, the amount of interest is dictated by the interest rate listed in the terms and conditions of the original contract."

I found United Resource Systems, Inc.'s practices to be problematic in several ways. They have made wrongful credit reporting, provided inaccurate communication, made false statements or representations of debt owed, and engaged in unfair and disrespectful communication. Additionally, they have attempted to collect a debt balance that I do not owe.

On July 18, 2022, I received a notice from United Resource Systems, Inc. stating that I owed $2085.82, which included $1567.74, interest, and fees. However, on August 9, 2022, when I logged into the urspayments.com online portal, it showed a "balance due" of $1,623.06. I paid this amount in full.

To my surprise, on September 11, 2022, I received another notice from United Resource Systems, Inc. claiming that I owed $470.53. I was confused because I believed I had already paid in full. So, I logged into the online portal again, and it showed a "balance due" of $3.71. I paid this amount in full on September 14, 2022.

On September 12, 2022, I received a notice from United Resource Systems, Inc. stating that I owed $473.82. I opened this notice on September 29, 2022, after collecting my mail from my PO Box. Once again, I was confused. When I logged into the online portal, it showed a balance due of $1.55. This further added to my confusion.

Feeling frustrated, I called United Resource Systems, Inc. and spoke with a representative named ***. He acknowledged that the online portal could be displaying inaccurate information and insisted that I still owed $473.82. He urged me to resolve the balance immediately, warning that they would continue to report it to the credit bureaus as a derogatory *** and balance owed. I expressed my dissatisfaction, explaining that it was unfair and confusing to receive different information from the portal and the mailers. I emphasized that I had been acting in good faith as a consumer, paying in full based on the portal's information, only to discover that interest, fees, and derogatory ***s were still accumulating.

At this point, *** accused me of trying to scam him and United Resource Systems, Inc. by only paying the balance shown on the online portal instead of calling him to resolve the debt. I informed *** that I would be reporting this situation to the *** and the ComplaintsBoard.com.
