The bank is very inefficient, spent almost 4 hours to open 3 account. Most importantly, one of the staff forget to complete one of my friends card. For example, the staff have help my friend to create an account but forgot to give her the card and we need to wait for almost 1 hour to get the card. They have totally forgot about my friend. Furthermore, the questions ask by the three of us, none of the questions can be answer. They can't explain to us the difference of a stash account and one account. Not only that, they find excuses to avoid the questions we ask.
