This place withheld a vehicle even after it was released claiming it was by appointment only and is now making us wait 3 days to pick a vehicle up what is needed for work and getting groceries for the house. This place is horrible. You pick your car up and leave. No appointment should be needed especially when it's effecting the livelihood of a family.
