Pacific Associates became my friend during the hardest time in my life. I am so grateful for Roger, Shain, and Eddie for being so kind, helpful, and positive to me. They were always available to answer questions or to just listen to me rant. I didn't think I would come out of the financial hole I was in and bankruptcy seemed like my only alternative. I am grateful I didn't have to declare bankruptcy and in a couple of short years, my credit has improved drastically.

Pacific Associates were superb in working with us to get control of our debt over a 3.5 year program. When we found out that Shain Mercer and K Pacific also did mortgages and mortgage refinances in our state we jumped on board. They were precise and wonderful to work with as they walked us through the entire process and we were able to get the refinance and rate that we desired. We would highly recommend them if you need to do any type of refinance, including a cash-out, or if buying a house.

When desperately in need of someone reliable to help me navigate debt consolidation Pacific Associates went above and beyond to get me free! They offer outstanding communication, checked in with me on a regular basis, and always made sure to help get my questions answered. I was able to successfully get out from over $17K in credit card debit and start rebuilding my Finacial stability again. Wow! These guys are thorough professionals. From the very beginning, their first priority was to ensure that we built a trusting relationship and that was maintained all the way through. Their communication is excellent and they do exactly what they say they will do. They called every month to make sure that I was ok and to answer any questions that I might have had and I had some doosies (first time I've spelled that word, probably wrong). I had the pleasure too work very closely with Pacific Associates and made great connections with their employees. I understood clearly when signing up for their debt consolidation program and was aware that my credit in fact would be affected immediately after signing my contract, however I also felt a sense of ease that I was finally able too pay a fixed monthly payment that was formed to my budget. At first I made many calls too Pacific associates and always left the conversation with ease. I do believe in there debt relief program and would recommend them. To date I have seen my credit score rise, thanks too a great team.

From the start, working with Pacific Associates has been a very easy and straight forward. No gimmicks here. Shain and Roger helped me consolidate all of my debt into a manageable payment and I didn't have to deal with the separate creditors. You know that "I could be friends with that person" feeling when you have a great service experience? This is honestly how I felt anytime we spoke. These guys follow up with you regularly to make sure everything is still going smoothly. When you have questions and you call, you get human interaction right away. No machines, ever. Emails are responded to promptly. They listen to your concerns and find ways to help work with/around what you have going on. Highly, highly recommend working with them!

about almost 3 years ago, my credit took a toll during my undergraduate years. I was working very little in order to obtain my bachelor therefore not being able to pay my debt accordingly. A family member told me about Pacific Associates and how they changed her life. I reached out to them immediately and they have no changed mine forever. These guys are true lifesavers! They were recommended to me by a friend of mine. I have not met them and yet they helped me without any hesitation. I mainly spoke with Roger, but Shain is also amazing! These guys have associates who constantly checked in with me to make sure I did not have any questions on top of Roger's regular emails. The process of application was very smooth which was very well appreciated for most of us who work 80 hours a week! I was also able to adjust my monthly payments when I was financially struggling and paid more when I could. The best thing is the fact that these guys are very trustworthy which is very difficult to ascertain with a remote business relationship. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PACIFIC ASSOCIATES! They will help you gain your financial stability without affecting your credit. You can choose certain credit card debts for instance while keeping a couple others until you're all paid up!
