UK2 Unreliable Email Service and Poor Customer Support from UK2

My email has been down all day, and there is no one available to help. Telephones are unanswered, can't even send an email via another provider ad they want to send me a code to verify my account via the email that is not working. UK2 have stressed me out and lost me time and business without so much as an apology.

I am so frustrated with UK2. My email has been down all day and I can't get anyone to help me. I've tried calling them, but no one answers the phone. I even tried sending an email from another provider, but they want to send me a code to verify my account via the email that is not working. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

I've lost so much time and business because of this. I had important emails to send and now I can't. It's so frustrating. And to top it all off, UK2 hasn't even apologized for the inconvenience. It's like they don't even care.

I'm really disappointed in UK2. I thought they were a reliable company, but now I'm not so sure. If they can't even provide basic customer service, how can I trust them with my business? I'm seriously considering switching to another provider.

Overall, I would not recommend UK2. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of stress and lost business.

UK2 UK2 Review: Bait and Switch, Autorenewal, and Overcharging - Not Recommended

UK2 is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They have a very sneaky way of doing business, which is called bait and switch. They will lure you in with low prices, but then they will charge you much more than what they initially advertised. This is a ripoff and it is not fair to their customers.

One of the things that really bothers me about UK2 is that they enable autorenewal by default. This means that they will automatically renew your subscription without your consent. They don't even bother to send you an email to let you know that they are going to do this. This is a very shady practice and it is not ethical.

To make matters worse, UK2 charges 3-4 times more than other companies for the same services. This is outrageous and it is not fair to their customers. When you confront them about this, they are very rude and they don't offer any reasonable solution. This is not how a company should treat its customers.

The only reason why I haven't fought this with a chargeback is because I don't have the time. This is very frustrating and it is not fair to me as a customer. I would not recommend UK2 to anyone and I would advise people to stay away from this company. They are not trustworthy and they do not have their customers' best interests at heart.

UK2 UK2's Cancellation Process is a Nightmare: My Experience

I tried out UK2's services for a little bit, but then I decided to cancel my order. Ever since then, I've been getting emails every single day telling me that my web hosting is incomplete. I've tried to contact them a bunch of times to cancel my order, but they just give me a number to call that I can't even get through to. It's really frustrating that I can't just cancel something online and not have to deal with all this annoyance. Like, come on, UK2, get it together!

UK2 Disappointing Experience with Hosting Service: Overpriced and Misleading is a website hosting service that I recently tried out, and I have to say, I was not impressed. The terms and conditions were written in a way that was confusing and misleading, which made it difficult for me to understand what I was getting into. While I wouldn't say that their practices were illegal, I do think that they were dishonest.

One of the biggest issues I had with was the cost of their VPS hosting. It was vastly overpriced compared to other hosting services I've used in the past. On top of that, they had hidden charges for domain transfer that were more expensive than the cost of the domains themselves. I've never seen anything like that before, and it was a huge turn-off for me.

Overall, my experience with was disastrous. I'm glad that my business relationship with them was short-lived. If you're looking for a hosting service, I would recommend staying far away from Their prices are uncompetitive, and their domain transfer fees are prohibitively expensive. There are plenty of other hosting services out there that offer better value for your money.

UK2 Terrible Experience with Poor Service and Rude Customer Support

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with I mean, I've dealt with some rude companies before, but these guys take the cake. They don't deliver the service they promise, and when you complain about it, they just send you an email that's basically telling you to go screw yourself. I mean, come on, that's just not cool.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. I've tried calling them a bunch of times, but all I ever get is some rude person who just insults me and then hangs up. It's like they don't even care about their customers at all.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The whole setup is a complete joke, and if you're looking for help or support, you're not gonna find it here. And to top it all off, they don't even send you any order confirmations or anything like that. It's just a mess.

So yeah, if you're thinking about using for hosting, I'd say think again. You're better off going with someone else who actually cares about their customers and delivers on their promises. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

UK2 UK2 Hosting: A Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs

I gotta say, I've had a lot of problems with UK2 over the years. I mean, it's like they don't even care about their customers! I can't wait to switch to a different hosting provider. Their service and support is just the worst I've ever seen from any company. And don't even get me started on their billing and support departments - they never talk to each other!

It's like half of their staff doesn't even know what they're doing, or they're just too dumb or lazy to help. And good luck trying to get a hold of them - it can take hours on the phone or in chat. And their favorite game is to pass you back and forth between billing and support, like a hot potato. I've been stuck in this loop for two whole days now!

But the latest drama takes the cake. They're holding my site hostage, saying I have to pay to upgrade their servers before I can upgrade my SSL. And then they're trying to force me to pay for "Supreme Support" just to do this. It's like they're trying to bleed me dry!

Honestly, save your money and find a better company. There's a reason they haven't enabled Google reviews - they know they'd get torn apart! These guys are nothing but cowboys, and I can't wait to be rid of them.

UK2 Pure Theft and Extortion - Outrageous Treatment of Loyal Customers!

I told one of my clients to get his domain name from 20 years ago. He called me up 5 days ago because his website (which I host) was down and he hadn't gotten any emails for a few days. Turns out he missed the renewal date for his domain name and now he only had one day left to get it back (30 days + 5 days). He called and they told him he had to pay ?150 if he wanted his domain back! Can you believe it? The domain wasn't even available for the public to buy yet, it was still pointing to his name servers. But they wouldn't let him just pay the normal yearly fee. He's been with UK2 for 20 years (twenty years!) and this is how they treat him? It's outrageous!

I have a lot of my domains at UK2 and I've been with them since 1996, I think. I feel embarrassed and responsible for what happened to my client. I never thought UK2 would ever act like this. It's pure theft and extortion. My client is a musician and his email address is really important, especially now that gigs are starting up again. He has two little girls and he hasn't had any gigs for 16 months because of the pandemic. I can't even imagine keeping my domains at UK2 now. I don't think what they did to him is legal. They're like gangsters!
