I have hosted on their USAVIP2 Plan, and unfortunately, they have lost my 4 websites. Some of them were hacked, and they do not have a backup of any of them. One was marked as a spam site by Google due to such security issues. Every hacker makes backlinks and puts their ads on my website, which is a significant concern for any website owner.

Their customer care has only stock image collection pictures with dummy names. The people behind them are only 1 or 2, and I have never got any proper technical issue resolved by them. It is frustrating to deal with such a hosting service that does not provide proper support to its customers.
