I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the delay in receiving my admission letter from UCSI

I submitted a formal request for my admission letter on 16/8/2023 to fulfill the requirements for a student discount on air tickets through trip.com. However, it has now been 60 days since my initial request, and I have not received the requested admission letter.

This delay has caused me significant stress and financial hardship. When I made my travel plans, the airfare was within my budget. However, due to this prolonged delay, the air ticket price has increased by RM500. This is a substantial increase that I cannot afford, especially as a student.

I understand that administrative processes can take time, but the impact of this delay on my travel budget and plans is severe. As a student, I rely on these discounts to make travel feasible, and this situation is making it increasingly challenging for me to proceed with my trip.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I urge the admissions office to prioritize and expedite the issuance of my admission letter. My trip is rapidly approaching, and I cannot bear the additional cost caused by this delay.

Desired outcome: Please provide me the letter of admission ASAP!!!!!!
