- rayman series
hello there Ubisoft,
how are you doing? cuz we rayman fans DON'T!
with all the games i have pruchased the series was promising platforming action/adventure games.
Rayman M wasnt a platform game but i didnt even cared becuase it involves everything that rayman needs...
when i saw the EPIC trailers of rayman 4 i couldn't wait for it to come out...but how sad i was that it wasnt what you were promising...
you promissed on these trailers EPIC battles egainst bunnies, thought maybe a cool platform will come here, and also battles=MORE COOLER
but when i took my copy it seemed WAY diffrent on the cover, but then i said "NAH you dont judge a book by its cover", so if the cover isnt that good maybe the game is better, but then noticed to the rayman dancing picture...i said WTH i'll install, but after i played i found myself in a diffrent game, it didnt seemed like Rayman IT WASNT RAYMAN AT ALL!
now that i pissed i want my money back but now give us a favor so we could forgive you on this mistake, RELEASE RAYMAN 4 AND GIVE A GREAT COPY BY TRADING ONE OF THE RRR COPIES FOR THAT.
-a quick review on the RRR:
at first seemed fun i thought maybe i need some requirments to get the finale but i was wrong THE POINT SYSTEM WAS ALWAYS DISAPOINTING.after that i said COOL on the second game, cuz rayman still was 50% of the game.
but when i saw TV PARTY...the cover?NO RAYMAN, gameplays and trailers? NO RAYMAN its like you blurred rayman out of the way and placed a bunny with rayman suit!
cmon guys tell the truth who you sold the company?
as much as i know rabbids cant attack the main database of rayman
you were planning ULTIMATE RRR(rayman 4) with marfy teineeses zombies COOL FXs and platforming...and then it turned out to be a PS2 graphical game just like rayman 2 the graphics are the same...
cmon guys PARTY games are stupid especially when you'r BURP goes to 200km/h from the winning gate at french and reaching aifel.
just make a TRUE rayman 4 with globox lums teinesses marfy (you can add Ly if ya want or at least a statue like in rayman 3), if rayman hoodlum's revenge seposed to be Rayman 4 then SUCK IT!
make a rayman 4, trade it for a RRR copy and we EVEN!
cuz right now RRR became boring and stupid.

I preordered Far Cry 4 on 10/20/2014, I then get an email on 11/12/2014 saying item had shipped and they gave me a tracking number that will not work, I send them a message on 11/13/2014 asking what the problem was, Today 11/18/2014 no answer from them plus its the release day of Far Cry 4, already sent them 2 messages saying how pathetic their service is and have cancelled my order . I will never buy or deal with them again .This is the kind of company that deserves to sink
Yes, agreed. For a month now, I have been haggling with them via emails to either exchange or return a damaged item. NEVER AGAIN will I order any special limited edition collector items from them.
no response from support
I had trouble when playing the game, got an error that said a graphic file was not found. I made use of there online support witch was very good at first, I was told to download new drivers witch I did. And the problem still continues it been more than 2 week and I still have no reply from them on helping me fix the problem
game is un play able is scored in a complete circle when recieved non functtionable as a xbox 360 game
xbox 360 tom clancy's hawx
you cannot land with the planes
you cannot take off with the planes
flight models are not realistic
this game is a waste of money!
I just spent $80 on the "THE CREW" and now I cant even play on my third day because of the UBISOFT(game maker) server is down and I don't get no response from them. I go to the site they tell me to go to and I can't even explain my issue or grievances! $80 bucks is a lot in this household and I thought it was wisely spent till now!
I registered to play their online game The Settlers. I get in and play the game and find that twice items were not creditied to me. They want a screen display--of what?!? Nothing happened! So, there's nothing to show.
When I registered they sent me an email saying I could get a discount on buying the game. But when I go to apply it to my order, nothing happened again and they still haven't fixed it!
I've had numerous attempts to contact support since I started playing Castle Empire 3 months ago. This game is full of bugs and they never get back to you.
There is a way to "get to the top" with a complaint about Ubisoft tech support. You can write to them (keep it short/succinct-verbosity loses). Send two letters - one to: Mr. Yves Guillemot, Chairman/CEO, Ubisoft, 28 Rue Armand Carrel 93108 Montreuil-sous-Bois, Cedex, France. Send the other to: General Manager, Ubisoft Support, 3200 Gateway Centre Blvd, Suite 100, Morrisville, NC 27560.
poor ubisoft customer service!

Having purchased the FPS game Call Of Juarez to install on a Windows Server 2003 machine located at an ISP I discovered just how bad UBISoft customer service is. Now not checking to see if the game would run on server 2003 is my fault but everything else that happened after that illustrates how bad UBISoft CSR's can be.
As the game wouldn't run on Windows 2003 I thought I may as well play the game on my gaming computer and just enjoy the game. What I got was a frustrating 3 hour period of "will it work this time" trying to get the game registered online. They have an automatic system which of course doesn't work and the manual activation takes you to their so called support pages. I have never seen anything as convoluted as their support pages. In trying to get help on the subject of manual activation, there is no direct link or even mention of such a system on the page you are taken to from the registration box, you are now thrust into a loop of click this then this then this and viola, your back where you started. Their FAQ section has nothing on manual activation. Searching the FAQ also brought nothing usable.
The following link will show the way "Jason" the UBISoft CSR took the time to tell me I was being threatening and abusive (let me ask you, if you work in a complaints department are you expecting pats on the pack?) while completely missing the opportunity to help me solve my problem.
http://www.u4ea.cc/files/ubisoftpoorservice.mht In his response to me he states that UBISoft policy includes discussions being escalated to a manager in the event that upset people like me don't come across all sunshine and lolly pops. "If you feel that your problem has not been handled in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, please ask that your incident be transferred to the Technical Support Manager for further review." Did I ever hear from a manager? No. I was simply ignored by this obviously power tripping CSR.
So in the amount of time and space it took for Jason, the UBISoft representative, to tell me that I was being violent and threatening he could have sorted out my problem but instead he decided to completely misinterpret my request and took things personally. I know it's a bit of reading but I recommend that you click on the link and read the discussion yourself to see what I am going on about. Basically the message is don't buy UBIsoft products if you're the type of person who can't afford to lose $50 or if you expect technical service.
End result is that I have a game I paid for and downloaded from Direct2Drive but can't play because some ill equipped CSR is unable to understand the difference between threatening and an upset client.
