I am disputing a charge of $36.06 for an order that was never fulfilled.
The restaurant, Smashburger, contacted me directly and stated they did not have the chili included in my order. I declined substitutions, meaning the order could not be prepared as placed.
Despite this, the restaurant did not cancel the order, so I canceled it myself. No food was ever prepared or delivered.
Charging me for an order that could not be fulfilled is unacceptable. Please issue a full refund immediately. If needed, I am prepared to escalate this dispute further, as this is a clear case of services not rendered.
