The delivery guy picked up 3 orders. Mine was one of those. This has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. They collect orders and then deliver them. I keep getting notifications that my order is delayed or cancelled. This is not acceptable as food is delivered cold and inedible and probably not acceptable per food being served safely. I’m going to reach out to the restaurant food delivery program to make sure that you can deliver food unkept by normal standards. This is unsafe and unacceptable

Drivers are picking up multiple orders and delivering them late and cold. I question the reliability of the food and if I will be sick tomorrow
