Uber Eats Incomplete order

I ordered the 12 cheese krystals no pickles and no onions, the party chilli cheese fries and half gallon strawberry lemonade combo last night and when it arrived all I was giving was the the 12 cheese krystals. I called the store. I ordered from UberEats and the driver waited for my order at the store for a hour and 45min I ordered my food at 10:45PM driver and as I was in contact with the driver and following the route I didn't get my food til 1:06 AM

Desired outcome: I'm allowed my missing items

Uber Eats I need them to cancel the order cause it never reached me

Uber Eats so on Saturday 21/08/21 was at work/on call busy as crazy with trauma emergencies and hungry as I was I ordered food via the app on ubereats from oceanbusket emmerencia;so after like roughly 35mnts I got a call from this very rude driver by the name of Williams asking me if I can't read my messages blaaa blaaaa and he is by the security gate, he ddnt even confirm which security gate but he dropped his phone, tried calling him back his number took me to a switchboard that couldn't help me too. so I went to the security gate where I told him ill meet him from the app ; they all said we ddnt see any ubereats driver at all and all of a sudden I see a picture of my food on the app like this and guess what he had completed his trip, left the food just like that and the app is now saying I must pay the order that was left like this somewhere on the streets of Johannesburg. lets say I finally received my order would you eat such food left like this on the streets;I never felt this humiliated by a person in my life. kindly help me share this post we can't be treated like this and be expected to pay no man where is the humanity guys, thinking I ddnt even have a break to do anything trying to save lives with a hungry stomach and this ubereats guy just treat me like trash;I tried complaining on thier app no reply on thier side I tagged them on social media still no reply clearly Ubereats doesn't care about thier customers

Uber Eats UberEats in Brackenfell Cape Town

I ordered 3x pizzas from Roman pizza through UberEats. When the delivery guy called Allan arrived after 1 hour he had the wrong delivery(1 instead of 3 pizzas). He Allan then took off to rectify the wrong order. After another 25 minutes Allan slowly drove past our house again and then it appeard on my app as delivered although we receuved nothing!. This is theft and i want this delt with. I received NO pizza and R361.00 got stolen from me!

Desired outcome: Need to get Allan delt with as he stole from me and a refund

Uber Eats Driving for uber

As driver you get a request that says you'll get certain amount of money with an expected tips included and that's absolutely a lie and definitely a manipulation act it's never been honored not even to a fraction as well as mileages and wear and tear the whole hard work is not worth for this company it's an absolute abuse. And much bs

This uber company is an absolute abuse of people / drivers that put their values to a company that have no morals but using individuals and their property as their own asset to play with and in reality they have no investment the play with other people life and asset it a total abuse not worth believing their bluff letting them using you and your car in exchange of non adequate compensation this company is greedy and acting as slavery holders

Uber Eats unnecessary placing charge for food I order and that was undelivered

Hi,
I was regular customer for uber and uber eats app,
But one day while ordering i forgot to apply some promo code and i call them just after placing the order to cancel it, and the y cancel it and it didn't got delivered .
but still that bill is showing in my account as due charge amount.
they are saying i have to pay it before booking any ride or before ordering any food.

please resolve my issue asap.I am not able to book any cab from uber app due to this issue.I have raised the complaint in app also like 5-6 time, but no use.they send very time system generated reply.

Uber Eats delivery and customer service

Awful company that lacks ethics and customer service. They mishandle private and personal information from users and have refused to allow their service to be useable even after multiple request through their apps, emails and via the phone routes were responded to be me uploading several images of my personal and private data in an attempt to conduct business as was promised when I signed up. The companie' s reply to these concerns was a short and obviously thoughtless canned apology via email with no resolutions achieved.

I have used Ubereats in the past and apart from some serious slow delivery times it was okay. Recently I have experienced orders suddenly being cancelled for no apparent reason after waiting up to an hour.

Completely unimpressed with the quality of this company.

My orders was supposed to be delivered within 25 minutes but took over and hour so I missed my lunch break and didn't have to eat. Placed my order at 1100 so that it would be here by 1130 at the latest. The time kept getting later and later. Because of that I missed my lunch break and wasn't able to get my food on time.

I ordered a pizza with extra Napoleon sauce as a topping, however my pizza arrived with the extra Napoleon sauce in the tub on the left-hand side of the pizza in the box. I have never had this before. I am very disappointed to the point where I’m going to publicise this on social media. This happened on the 12/12/23

Arrived @ 9pm

Missing the 4x Samosa

1 x garlic nann

Food came over 1.5hrs later cold

Rcvd coupon in mail FM3oX2 or FM30X2 which expires 3/31/2024 for $30 off first 2 orders. System will not accept. Called customer service and they said computer changed and will not be excepted. This is no way to do business with your customers. Are you or are you not going to honor this coupon.

I have ordered food from Stadium foods in Bloemfontein on the27 September the uber eats driver were apparently Morena i never got my food,

Stadium foods refuse to give me my money or food. The bank was unable to recall the payment

The food from Scrambler Marie's in Sharonville was cold because it took so long to arrive.

Salsa was missing and also there was no jelly for the

English muffin.

The sausage links were very cold. Disappointing.

Three ketchup packets were included, but I have no idea why.

I ordered a meal from Cracker Barrel. 2 hours later, on my third driver, the restaurant tells him that they don't have my order. This is the second time this has happened.

I ordered a mac and cheese which used to be 7.99 - for a small is now 10.19 with nothing with it. This is enough food for a mouse to eat. Honestly Uber Eats is a rip off. They charge more money than the actual store plus all your exxtra fees. 04/17/23 How can you honestly charge 15-20.00 for this.
