I have two complaints regarding an order I place on April 6, 2026. I order from Weis Markets order #3EE3C, the total bill was 73.96. I reached out via the chat in the app, Anny first point of contact, explained that there was missing items (crab legs) for 57.12 plus tax. Via chat she say the market was out of the crab legs. Lie #1 on the receipt it showed the crab had been purchased, then she changes the story that the driver did not pick them up. Lie # 2, my card would not be charged for the missing items, and it was for 61.40 verified with the bank on April 6/2026. I canceled the tip for $12.56, which showed up in my wallet later in the day. Now when I look in my account the wallet shows no credit. I want my refund.
