An older bald 275+ man came into Moe’s restaurant located in Penfield,NY on route 250. Upon entering he became pushy with the employee-crude in manner. The employee remained polite and helpful tending to customer. Upon checking out-after paying the employee handed the man a cup for his drink. The man took the cup and said “NO-YOU DO IT”he snapped at the employee,”THAT’s YOUR JOB AND YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT-SO GO!” The employee explained that was not protocol-and we are not supposed to.” The man again snappedGO AND GET IT NOW!” Please look into this and address this as I am shock Uber Eats allows such behavior of employees. He gives you all a bad wrap.
Claimed loss: Allen was terribly disrespected and verbally abused and degraded by your employee in front of other customers and employees.
Desired outcome: An apology to Allen-employee,Suspend the driver,retrain & him.aggressive/abusive/degrading behavior. If he continues-you decide if Uber Eats wants the reputation he provides in our society
