Dear Uber Eats Support Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an order I recently placed through your platform.
I placed an order from Crispy Soul 15 in Paris; however, I noticed immediately after confirming that the delivery address was incorrect. I cancelled the order right away, within a very short time frame. Despite this prompt cancellation, I was charged the full amount for the order.
As I still wanted the same meal, I reordered directly from the restaurant and paid again. In addition to being charged twice, the food arrived significantly late, which added to the inconvenience.
Given these circumstances, I believe it is unfair to be charged for an order that was cancelled immediately due to an address error. I kindly request a full refund for the cancelled Uber Eats order.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.

Recommendation: I would not recommend it, as i find the cancellation policy quite hectic, i tried raising the issues through uber eats platform twice and asked for escalation and the case was closed
