They don't seem to vet drivers very well. The last 2 either are unprofessional or don't speak english. They are picking up multiple orders and driving my food all over town for 30 minutes until I get it cold. Contacting customer service is just another exercise in futility, as they will make you wait an hour from your order time before they step in the help. I've messaged the driver today and no reply. He seems lost in a neighborhood and can't cross the main road. sitting on the intersection for over 7 minutes before he backs up and heads another way. Then stops at other restaurant and delivers that order before mine. My food is cold again and Uber needs to get right with themselves. Never again!
