Instead of resolving my issue, I got gaslighted into believing that it was my fault that they did not credit my account appropriately and when I told them to send my credits back to my Venmo card, they refused. Not only did they take my $50 and now I’m out $50 and I have no idea where it is. I also could not utilize it to place an order in the first place with them when I called Customer Service the agent I spoke to Not only didn’t speak English and was hard to understand, but totally disregarded any issues I was having and tried to turn the whole situation around on me as if it was my fault. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and they refused and never connected me. This is totally uncalled for and not the Customer Service that I would expect, especially when resolving an issue, which again was not even resolved. Shame on you for taking my money and hiring people that truly don’t give a [censored] about anybody else.
