Ordered McDonalds bfast at 10am (ends at 11am). They assigned to a location 50 miles from my home (there are 3 within 2 miles of me but I am a disabled vet who can't drive). It was difficult to determine it was that far away or I would not have ordered. Location was "xxx turnpike west". There are 3 turnpike exits near me.
After 20 mins I asked driver if there was an issue b/c he hadn't moved. He said "I can't find address". I realized it was 50 miles away so I contacted support. I tole them about the issue and asked they cancel b/c even if he wanted to pick it up, bfast would no longer be served. They told me "give driver address" (ME to give to him). Again I asked to cancel - this happened SIX times.
Finally I called. The rep pulled the same nonsense. I asked for a spvsr but was told they only email. I heard from spvsr 3 days later and was told my issue does not qualify for a refund. I have gone back and forth and they won't budge. There are sooo many reasons one should be issued. I order DoorDash at least 10x/week and rarely have issues so I am fully aware how this works.
Recommendation: Don't use them!
