Great experience from start to finish. From our initial conversation we felt Dom was someone we could trust and someone we would feel comfortable working with in the future. The *** installation was smooth and I appreciated the effort to make sure the lines hugged walls and stayed out of the way. Also had duct cleaning done which was very thorough. All installers were polite, careful, and very tidy. Very highly recommended.

We've had two furnaces and a water heater from Spring's, always well done. Our furnace quit today (no fault of the furnace, but intermittent power loss). The tech, ***, tracked the problem down, which was not as easy as it might seem and since I had a spare breaker, he replaced the bad one, checked everything and was on his way. Fast and efficient, had arrived on time, pleasant and a good communicator.

My water heater started leaking on a Saturday morning. I phoned Springs and explained what was happening. The receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment for Monday morning. She also had to order the water heater. Two service techs arrived at my door before 9:00 am with the new water heater. They were very clean and efficient in performing the installation. The job was completed in lest than one hour. Great job. Fred

Have used Springs Heating for many years now they are always prompt and professional and on time. Divina is always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Always able to speak with someone when you call. Would recommend Springs with confidence. They look after their customers this call was to replace a hot water tank that quit over the weekend they were here by 9:15am on Monday morning and the job was done by 10am. I have dealt with Springs Servicing and Heating since 2009. I have always received excellent service at a reasonable price. I had Springs install a new *** furnace Sept 24 2020. The instillation was done by RJ and Adam. They arrived at my house on time and completed the instillation and cleaned up the job site. Now I have an energy efficient quiet furnace that will give me a nice warm house for many years. I was happy with the workmanship and the price I paid.

This company deserves more than 5 stars; wonderful quick response to my query regarding my furnace, also fast response with a repair/tune up scheduled! My technician *** was very fast, efficient, Knowledgeable, and polite. Thank you *** and Spring's *** for solving a problem I had been agonizing about for over 2 months with another service company we won't mention here! I happily signed up a yearly service contract. I was in the process of getting quotes and booked Spring for the supply and install of a new furnace. As luck would have it the following morning our existing furnace decided to stop functioning. Not only did Spring Heating promptly send out a technician who managed to temporarily get our furnace working but they also rearranged and moved up our installation date to the next day. The new install went flawlessly and was performed in a very professional manner. Absolutely excellent service!

I have used Springs extensively for over 15 years now and I would not think about using another company. We own a number of rentals in Calgary and Springs have serviced or replaced the furnaces in these properties for us. Their service is next to none, Prices are extremely competitive, actually better than other companies. We own a 50-ish year old house and over the past 19 years Springs has replaced both furnaces (which needed replacing), added central air conditioning (2 units), performed furnace tune-*** and done repairs as needed. They have also replaced the hot water tank. They have always done good work in a timely manner with reasonable prices.Recently they spend considerable time diagnosing a vague problem with one of our air conditioners. Rather than dismissing our concerns, they looked hard, found the issue and repaired it.

I have been using ***'s Heating for a few years, and have always found their response time and professionalism to be outstanding. Yesterday my house was extremely cold, so phoned for an appointment, and *** came by that afternoon. The issue was my thermostat, so he replaced it, took the time to explain how to set the temperature for the different seasons, and was finished in an hour.I have recommended ***'s to numerous friends, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs to their furnace, hot water tank, or vent cleaning."

A new CARRIER furnace and A / C system supplied by SPRING's SERVICING and HEATING is providing and controlling the "climate" in my house . My experience is as follows : 1 ) An explicit and comprehensive estimate enabling an informed choice of alternative options .2 ) A well organized and executed installation .3 ) Required City inspections revealed no deficiencies .4 ) The system operates flawlessly and notably quiet .5 ) I find SPRING 's has provided good customer service as well as operational value , in my view meaning : "QUALITY FOR A REASONABLE PRICE" .

My wife and I highly recommend Springs Servicing & Heating. We had a furnace installed by them a few years ago, and this time we had an air conditioner installed. The whole experience was great! Doms initial visit gave us an accurate price, and what to expect for the installation including the time needed for the install. The lady at the office set up the installation to suit our schedule and was able to get our work done earlier than expected. The guys who did the installation arrived on time, did a great job and made sure that the unit worked properly and showed us how to use it before they left. The installation took all day, but was efficiently done and the air conditioner works great!

Were very pleased to have chosen Springs for the purchase and installation of a Carrier Infinity furnace and Carrier Infinity air conditioner. We are 100% satisfied with the service and support the Springs team provided. Throughout the whole processfrom Dominics first visit to assess our requirements, to liaising with Divina and their office team, through to installation by their excellent HVAC team of RJ and Adameveryone at Springs was helpful, responsive, efficient and highly professional. Once all the work was done and our new furnace and aircon were up and running, we were happy to sign a service maintenance contract with Springs so that we have their ongoing support in the years ahead. We recommend Springs unreservedly.

In anticipation of the summer season, Springs installed a Carrier Air Conditioner yesterday at our house. *** the Service Technician was very professional and organized with his approach. Because our house is an older house he recommended that we install a new electrical sub panel to accommodate the *** unit. We agreed to this upgrade and their electrical contractor was able to install it on the same day. Their electrical contractor did an excellent job on the panel. *** coworkers *** and *** were very professional and considerate as well. They cleaned not only as they worked but also at completion of the project. I had my Carrier Furnace installed by Spring's in 2014 and a water tank in 2016. I found their pricing to always be fair and the quality of their work excellent.

I can't say enough good things about our recent emergency furnace repair experience with Spring's Servicing & Heating Ltd. We woke up Sunday morning to a very cool house and a dead furnace. Our neighbor recommended Spring's from their furnace cleaning service. It was a great recommendation. The answered our call quickly on Sunday. They verified it was OK charge overtime charges and sent a wonder repairman named ***. He was extremely personable and honest. He told us that our furnace motor would need to be replaced and that it was still on warranty until March 2022. This motor costs over $1000.00. Other, less honest companies could have charged us for a new motor and claimed the warranty for themselves. We would never have been the wiser. Our furnace, happily, "sprung" back to life after *** repair. Spring's, you have made a new long term customer and cheerleader!

On November 26, at 9am, a service technician arrived to perform routine maintenance on my furnace. At 4pm, my mother-in-law and special needs son were at home while I left for an overnight hunting trip. As far as I can remember, the furnace was on during the day. My wife worked 8 hours from home and then another 7.5 hours at her regular job downtown. Unbeknownst to me, my mother-in-law complained about how cold it was in the house. My wife came home close to midnight and was unaware of the issue. Unfortunately, my phone was out of service.

I returned home on the 27th at 7pm and was informed about the lack of heat. I called the emergency line phone number on the sticker attached to the furnace from 7pm to 8:45pm, but there was no answer, only voicemail. I tried reaching out through *** messenger, but received no response. I made several more calls, but still no answer. Eventually, I visited the company's website and discovered that I could send an email. I sent an email and finally received a response at 9:45pm. I requested a technician and was informed that no technician was available at the moment as they were on another call. The technician called me and mentioned that the only other available technician would be able to come the next morning at 9am. I was assured that I wouldn't freeze and that my pipes would be fine. However, my house remained at a chilly 16 degrees for two days and now going on three nights.

***, the on-call receptionist, texted me and tried to explain the unavailability of technicians. I was furious. Two days without heat, a pregnant wife, and a special needs son, all suffering from the cold. I pointed out that they advertised 24/7 service and that I needed the issue fixed. However, they refused to send a technician. The technician informed me that he would be finished with his previous calls by 1am and didn't want to come out because he was "done" and it was only a few hours until the morning technician could arrive. I requested a refund, but was told that if I wanted a refund, they would cancel the technician and I would have to find a new repairman.

The furnace was working fine, and I had initially chosen this company based on their positive reviews on ***. I expressed my extreme disappointment with their service, or rather, the lack thereof. My family has endured two nights without heat, and it's -4 degrees now. I shudder to think what would happen if it were -30 degrees. Regardless, both situations should be treated with equal urgency. I believe I should be refunded the $149 plus 5% tax that I paid.
