Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

I had Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. install a new AC unit in my attic. However, they didn't clean out the drain pan properly, which caused it to overflow. As a result, water came through the ceiling and ruined it. I reached out to them to fix the ceiling, but they refused to do so.

The service tech told me that my air filter needed to be replaced, so he ordered a new one and came back to install it. I paid $277 when the work was done, and I asked about the warranty coverage, which he mentioned on the invoice. I tried reaching out through calls and emails, but the issue remained unresolved. Frustrated, I decided to open a ticket with Bosch boiler. Surprisingly, Bosch informed me that the service and labor were actually covered under warranty. I immediately shared this information with Northern Comfort. It's important to note that the work was completed in October, and to my surprise, Bosch informed me that no one had filed a claim for warranty work yet.
