The service repair department told me it would cost 703 dollars to fix my car, but when I went to collect it, the bill was over *** dollars. I complained to the manager, and they said I must have misunderstood. My mom also heard the estimated price.

Had some warranty repairs done on my ride at Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. Nick, the service advisor, told me that my thermostat was busted and that it wasn't covered by the warranty. I told him not to replace it, and he was like, "Sure, no problem." But then he calls me up and tells me to come get my wheels, but it's gonna cost me $425 for labor and parts for the thermostat. I'm like, "What the heck, man? I said no to that repair!" And he's all like, "Oh, I did it so you wouldn't have to come back, and it really needed fixing." He tells me to come pick it up and that he'll figure something out. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call about the bill or they're gonna send it to collections.

I sold a vehicle to Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on June 18, and everything went smooth. But then I started getting notices from the DMV about registration and insurance on the car I sold. The DMV sent me a notice saying they are the owner, but the car is still registered under my name. So, I went to the dealership to talk to them, and they told me that it would stay registered under my name until they sold it, and the DMV wouldn't update it for like 6 months. I was like, "What? That can't be right!" So, I immediately contacted the DMV, and they told me that what the dealership said was not true. They told me to fill out a release of liability form. I did it, but honestly, I feel like Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram tried to trick me or something.

I bought a used car from Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on July 22nd. It had a little problem with the steering, and they said they would fix it. When I picked up the car, it did feel better at first. But the next day, the same steering problem came back, so I took it to a local repair shop. The shop told me that the steering stabilizer was broken and the steering gear box was also broken. They said it would cost $1800 to fix it. The dealer told me that they had checked the car and didn't see any broken parts. But now, just one day after getting the car back, I'm being told that it's not safe to drive on the road.

I bought my Dodge Ram 1500 truck brand new from Turlock Dodge in June . It had 182 miles on it when I got it. At that time, it had these cool power side mirrors that could retract. They worked perfectly from June until November . That's when the service department at Turlock Dodge did a software update, and since then, the mirrors don't retract anymore. I've been trying to get this fixed ever since, but the dealer and Chrysler just keep telling me that my truck never should have had that feature in the first place. They say they fixed it for me, but now I don't have retractable mirrors anymore. That's not a solution at all! I had those awesome mirrors for over 5 years, and I want them back!

I've been to Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram five times now for the same repair, and it's still not fixed. It's causing a lot of trouble for me because I can't sell or smog my car due to this problem. The dealership keeps trying different parts, but it doesn't solve the issue. Every time I have to bring it in for repair, it costs me a lot of time and money. I even have to take time off work just to drop it off. The fault code says it's an emission error, and they've replaced sensors and other parts, but the problem won't go away. I'm not sure if this falls under the Lemon Law, so I'll consult with an attorney later this week to find out. My car is less than three years old, and I've been dealing with this issue for almost half that time. I don't know if the dealership can actually fix it or if they just want me to keep coming back so they can charge Dodge for the warranty work. I'm stuck with a car that I can't sell or smog to get rid of.

I bought a used truck from Turlock Chrysler Dodge Ram. They told me it was in great shape and had been inspected and certified. They even said that if anything went wrong, the extended warranty I bought would cover it. But now, the turbo needs to be replaced and they're saying it's not covered. I've only driven it about 8,000 miles since I bought it. I got it with 91,000 miles and now it has 98,000. If they had been honest about what they were selling me, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I only found out because the extended warranty pointed it out. When I contacted the financing manager, he showed me the agreement where it said the turbo was covered. This company is really deceptive and I give them an F rating. Other buyers should be careful because this company can't be trusted. They need to fix my truck like they promised or give me a refund and I'll gladly give the truck back.

On January 23rd, while driving back from *** to ***, my 2017 Dodge Ram *** EcoDiesel suddenly broke down with a loud noise coming from the motor. My husband believed it was a ***. We immediately pulled over, realizing we were 2 hours away from home near crows landing. We had no choice but to have it towed to the nearest town. The next day, we contacted our warranty and arranged for the truck to be towed to Turlock's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Unfortunately, it took them a lengthy 2 1/2 weeks just to evaluate my truck. During this time, I had to rely on a rental car. Finally, they informed me that the warranty refused to cover the claim due to the presence of aftermarket parts. Specifically, my truck had a banks air filter and a banks tuner installed. I reached out to ***, my service manager at the dealership, who admitted that they were unsure about the cause of the motor failure. All they had done was drop the oil pan and discovered metal fragments.

When I mentioned the *** act of ***, which requires proof that the aftermarket part caused the failure, *** consulted his regional manager. Shockingly, the manager simply stated that he didn't need to prove anything; the mere presence of an aftermarket part was enough to deny the claim. All I want is for my truck to be fixed. It only has *** miles on it, and this ecodiesel model is notorious for motor issues.

I went to Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on June 13th because my Jeep Moab wouldn't start. I bought this used Jeep in 2018 and had it for a year, so I was confused about why it wasn't turning on. They made me leave it there for almost a week without giving me any updates on what was wrong. Finally, they told me that the computer radio system had failed and that the battery was fine, but I needed to replace the computer system, which would cost me $1300. They also charged me $180 just to look at it and run tests. I didn't want to spend that much money, especially since I had just gotten the Jeep and they said my warranty didn't cover anything.

I decided to take it to another mechanic, and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the computer. Instead, they found that my battery was completely fried and swollen, almost to the point of exploding. The fuse they had removed from the radio was given back to me at the dealership, and the mechanic said it was fried, as if they had intentionally done it. In the end, all I had to do was replace the battery, and my computer connected and worked perfectly fine. I'm upset that I had to pay $180 for a false test they conducted and that they almost scammed me out of $1300. That's not right. I also have free maintenance for the next year, but I don't want to use it if they're going to mess with my car and not do the actual job.
