I cancelled my booking PT645858030 on the 27 of July at 2 pm. The car proposed was damaged and I didn't pick up a damaged car.
I immediately sent an email to Turisprime ([email protected] and [email protected]) to inform of my cancellation.
Yesterday, they answered me that I must contact you in order to ask for the refund.
So I thank you for the refund.
